1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the ba665 website, application, and related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered at ba665 or wishing to register.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at ba665 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive up to 100% bonus of ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus is not withdrawable as cash and may only be used for betting.
• ba665 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Misuse or manipulation of bonus benefits will result in cancellation of the bonus.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time.

4.4 VIP Program

The ba665 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are advanced based on regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change and ba665 reserves the right to modify them with notice.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

All bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation. ba665 reserves the right to void bets accepted incorrectly due to technical errors. In the event of a dispute over results, ba665's decision is final.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest tactics
• Using bots, automated software, or other technology to play
• Abusing bonuses or gaining advantages through multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes
• Colluding with other users during play

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to server or connection issues, ba665 will review the system logs and make the appropriate decision. There is no obligation to provide any special benefit in the case of a technical error.
